I have suffered w/anxiety and depression for years. I've had weeks where I could barely get out of bed. With enough sleep, good diet, exercise, medicine, therapy, etc I mostly stay on my feet. I used to be ashamed and hide it. Please don't do that. Ask for help. Hang in there.❤️

Once met a Dad who told me that he read whatever books his kids were reading while they were in high school. Reconnected him to some classics and, more importantly, to his kids at a time when they can potentially start to drift. Never forgot that.

Biggest TV show of the year came from outside the US. A tiny indie film is the current Best picture frontrunner. A 3-hour Japanese film about feelings is up for multiple Oscars. No "big names" in any of them. Nobody knows anything anymore. It's wide open. Go make your stuff.
