@nowthisnews I think if it could established by legal precedence that people can be prosecuted for criminal negligence for failure to secure their fire arms it would change a lot of things. I'm not aware of any previous cases like that but good to see this one.

@JoyceWhiteVance My understanding is the main charge is abstraction of justice which took place after he had left office so it's hard for me to see how the SCOTUS decision would have much if any effect on that.

@RpsAgainstTrump It's disgusting that a convicted criminal like Bannon is still out there in the public arena, spreading lies and conspiracy theories. I know he has a right to appeal but at times it just seems like our justice system is designed to serve the criminal, not the public.

@SenWhitehouse As an Independent, I could accept Trump being exonerated so long as the trial is fair and each side can present it's case, including pertinent docs and witnesses. But if this "trial" turns out to be a cover-up, I will be hard pressed to ever vote for another Republican.
