I’ve met male doctors who just simply aren’t a match for me because I don’t like them for various reasons- and that’s okay. I’m switching to a women’s-only practice to ensure I never see another male. But that doesn’t mean male doctors are creeps or aren’t worthy of their degree.

If you have never struggled with infertility, first: thank God. Second: don’t judge someone who is/has. WE KNOW our feelings come from a place of jealousy, anger, resentment, and bitterness. We feel guilty as hell for the way we feel, and we aren’t proud of it. But it’s VALID.

Every time someone takes the baby, I end up doing all those chores and when I’m done, I have to go rock a now overtired baby to sleep because they failed to do so. It’s not worth it. If I want to nap or eat a warm meal, that’s the only time I actually want any help with the baby.

My husband follows expiration dates on EVERYTHING, tells me to throw away leftovers after 2 days, and thinks food should “cool down” before going in the fridge. I use condiments that expired in 2017, eat leftovers 5 days old, and put food in the fridge immediately after dinner.
