May 19, the Greeks of the Black Sea ( #Pontus ) commemorate the Genocide of 353,000 of their ancestors by the Turkish state between 1917 - 1923. I lost 11 members of my family, all of them unarmed civilians, mainly women and children. Only my then 7-year-old grandfather survived.
