Last night at the Palace. 14 hr bender finished off in a ‘Home fans only’ pub near ground. Our Cockney accents approved by Doorman. Palace fans left at 11pm, 6 of us got a lock-in until 1am. Plastic replaced with glasses as well. Landlord says “See you again next season lads!” 🤣

Police on Wearside are looking for the missing 32,237 Mackems who left the Stadium of Light on Sunday & didn’t return 48 hrs later for their Cup match v Crewe. Only 10,763 returned which included many Crewe fans. Early indications are that the £5 Entry Fee was a major factor.
