I took October off from my job. I was so burnt out being home with my toddler during the day and working nights/weekends for ... very little money. I had a weird feeling I wouldn't have to go back. I got offered to join this project November 1st 🥲

Also... last year I thought Javascript and Java were interchangeable names for the same language. Now I'm building full-stack applications with a relatively good understanding. Whew #100devs killed it

Think I’m getting back on the horse. Had the craziest (worst?) week. Broke up w partner, close loved one had a heart attack (now stable ❤️), missed a deadline, and I’m dead broke! But still happy and grateful and excited to continue this journey

Just had such a positive interview experience, even though I mixed up the location (this was onsite). The interviewer was so kind, plus I was able to be waitlisted for a different, remote position. A win is a win!

Day 38 (yesterday) #100daysofcode #100devs Got a first client a few days ago with a team of other devs, so set up a game plan with them, then had a great coffee chat with @DomsDojo and started a Node Traversy Media video, studied Next.js, and added more Banki!

#100hours project going well, converting to React and Tailwind from EJS and Bootstrap purely out of preference lol. It is a network for sharing secondhand goods, will share more of the interfaces soon! Codebase is up on github if you're curious though.

My boss and I had a mutual connection in our area and he found me through that. I also took @leonnoel ‘s advice and used @CVCompiler and noticed my .docx resume was not being picked up by the algorithm so switched to .pdf and got so many more views on my profile
