3rd Strike has reached the 1000 entrant mark for EVO. This game came out 25 years ago. MK1, a game that has come out less than one year ago, that game has not even broken half of that at even a single event.

The NRS scene needs to do more to uplift and promote the scene, as opposed to the constant dooming. There's definitely a slew of problems with the game which I agree with, but the constant public criticism with no solution reaches way more people than a lot realize.

People that call sub a 50/50 character don’t know what 50/50 is F2/B3 isn’t a 50/50 it’s a mixup. 50/50 are throws where you actually have to guess, if sub is a 50/50 character to you then you must be playing with your eyes closed (or online) Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

I think a lot of the issues with MK11 come down to the game mechanics. They allow the frustrating characters to do frustrating things. Meter gain being passive benefits those that can take advantage of it the most (I.E Geras, Cetrion). (1/??)
