i remember when i told people i wanted to be a producer and they laughed in my face. π they still laughing at me but thatβs okay! follow your dreams because youβll never know where you just might end up π
I pay all my bills every month so easily strictly from music money. I havenβt had a 9-5 or other side jobs for atleast 2 years.
To me, this is my greatest accomplishment.
@KollegeKidd
the issue for me really isnβt him not giving the $200 but more so the humiliation.
like why post this on social media, you already proved your point to them
sending beat packs out really is crazy. sometimes you donβt hear back or even know if they like your beats, you just see a song drop produced by you ππ€¦π½ββοΈ
i really got this far in my producer career with just a laptop lmao
i donβt have no fancy set up. i donβt have headphones, a desk, multiple keyboards... i donβt even have a chair π

a hard pill you have to swallow as a music producer is the fact that you can have the hardest beats but sometimes you can still miss out on an opportunity just because youβre not in the room
other producers really be tryna come at me cause i like to make simple beats π
i make beats for artists, not yβall. theyβre the ones buying them, not yβall
man i need to learn how to engineer!! i always have artists asking me βdo you know how to mix?β and i always say no π
missing out on an extra bag

i made a new channel and i need to find more channels ASAP
bro i donβt care what anyone says, you do not need to work yourself like a MACHINE in order to be successful.
the saying βwork smarter, not harderβ exists for a reasonβ¦
success to me isnβt about placements, plaques, or awards.
success to me is doing music full time & being able to pay your bills, buying a vehicle, affording your own place, & being happy! ππ½
SOMEBODY needs to hear this:
Put the work in and keep going no matter how hard things get. Youβll reach your destination one day and itβll all be worth it.
