Potential Panthers: WR Keon Fogg ( @KeonDFogg ) Fogg, who was set up as a transfer from Southern University, is no stranger on special teams. His lateral quickness and agility gets him downfield in a matter of seconds. Fogg shows a fondness for separation and has tremendous speed.

Per @TomPelissero , the Minnesota Vikings are signing Panthers USFL draft pick and Minnesota QB Tanner Morgan to their practice squad. The Kentucky-born QB heads back to the Midwest.

Give enough credit to Towson talents @CoachCBauer and @Coach_Runza for how this defense has been playing. The tackling and sack rates have been a huge upgrade from last season.
