In 2018 there was a period when I would just draw lattices across pages of my notebooks. I would find empty spaces and fill them up while sitting at meetings or the commute. Around that time I started developing my lattice algebras, which later became Unfoldings on H=N ⚫️⚪️

Architects here will immediately associate this style with the Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry. Called “deconstructionism”, its roots are in philosophical writings of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, but in my code it’s all math and noise fields. #generativearchitecture
