Now that students are coming out of universities with questionable degrees and near 6-figure debt I believe there would be high competition for this. Meaning we could be pretty selective.

50 students on each course. Ideally this would be based somewhere attractive, like Greenwich. If we can stop the Defence estate fire sale madness.
3 years degrees with some OTC (tri-S equivalent) alongside. Followed by entry to one of the officer academies.

Options to live where you like once trained.
No restrictions on nationality.
Organised in units but very loosely.
Central ops room to coordinate work.
