@deanondraft If all you take from this is “dunk” that’s lazy. Look at the zero-to-sixty acceleration, the stride length, both the upper and lower body strength through contact, and of course his ability to get off the floor quicker then his defender. None of that is “B+ athleticism”.

Anybody in Scoot’s situation is going to have a tough time blowing by defenders. It’s because he’s not an elite athlete — that’s lazy and incorrect — rather, because of Ignite’s spacing. It’s hard to get to the rim when there’s strong help coming from above the free throw line.

Jeremy Sochan had the best offensive game of his career tonight against the Hawks. The sophomore point forward tallied 33 points and 6 assists on 12/14 shooting from the field. He was using his frame and agility to work off cuts and was knocking down his jumpers and free throws.
