The FA are introducing a new touchline restart law in all affiliated grassroots youth football between U7 and U11.
Pass-ins and dribble-ins will be phased in over the next three seasons, replacing throw-ins.

UPDATE | A decision on grassroots football as a result of the Government announcement on Monday night (12 Oct) has been deferred until tomorrow (14 Oct) morning, when the City Region has deliberated and agreed a course of action to be announced.
We paid tribute to coach Ben Williams at the start of our FA Level 3 (UEFA B) Block 2 Day 1 today. He was part of this seasons alumni and will be a huge loss to us all.
