写研报一般有以下三种用途： 1. VC给自己portfolio喊单，同时给LP营造出没有乱投的感觉。 2. 项目方小米对比法，自夸拉盘出货。 3. KOL字多者有理，韭菜收藏转发就好了。真正认知的拆分盘极少极少（比如三盘理论），都是有货同时ego无处安放的人才写一写。没有传导到起盘子/二级操作的研究毫无意义。

对于Crypto的理解还是不对，现在看来是一个带有资产发行侧的媒体行业。做公域、做私域、做个人IP和做公司品牌都很重要。要诀在于分发和重复，但是需要配上对应的资产端操作，利用两根弦来控制木偶，左右市场。开大会是媒体，KOL也是媒体，alpha群更是媒体，一圈套一圈分发出去，一遍再一遍重复过来。

对于一些写ZK、MPC、FHE的“科普文章”，我想说的是： - 有些知识是没法通过科普语言讲出来的，信息压缩存在限度，且不良的压缩会导致严重失真。 - 数学语言反而是易懂的，如果你不能用它描述和思考，说明不是目标受众。 - 技术并不是散户buyin的点，科普文并没有带来转化率，说明不是一个好的增长策略。
