February 1957 - Eastleigh Works . The bunker has not yet been repainted, coupling rods still off and the inside cylinder can be seen. I really love this photograph of the E2's as it shows an E2 under maintenance .

The funniest part about the thomas community's understanding of Toby and the J70s, is that the community thinks they can old only hit 15 mph. When actually, J70s had speed limiters for the tramway, and when it was off, they could do nearly 75 MPH. With multiple sources to back.

Built for the Lockford & Woodshire Railway the Type 1D class are a class of 5 Atlantic tanks built in 1906 at Hawthorn for express trains . In 1923 the class became part of the Southern Railway & where delegated to fast passenger & goods trains . 1/3

The basis for the NWR ' Hat X1 Atlantics ' was this one illustration of this one engine from the RWS Thomas' train . I think it was meant to be Edward but eh idc thats there basis .
