Alguna ves has trabajado con concreto? Es un trabajo súper pesado. Ósea, de ahí también comen los que se van a quebrar el lomo haciendo el trabajo. Definitivamente no es un trabajito de $500.

@AbelFernand3z @19fender84 Quizás porque el internet no existía públicamente cuando la constitución fue escrita 🤷🏻‍♂️. No es llevar la contraria. Si no que hay cosas que en esa época no podían incluirlas porque no habían. Ni los teléfonos celulares habían salido.
