As you will read below, the Bible is blunt in calling out sin but also recognizes that every one of us desperately needs God’s grace. We can be completely forgiven and transformed by turning to God in repentance and placing our trust in the Lord Jesus.
Romans 1:20-32

Papa, please touch my brother and bring healing and restoration to his body and comfort to all his loved ones. I ask this in Jesus name, amen.
MY SPIRITUAL BIRTHDAY
Fifty-two years ago today I turned to God in repentance and placed my trust in the Lord Jesus. This is what I wrote that day:
"Praise God, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior at 9:45 PM after reading "The Four Spiritual Laws". I realized that I
Yesterday I met Sharon at Orlando International Airport and was immediately drawn to talk with her because of her hat. She is on her way home to San Diego and is on fire for the Lord.

My mother is in the hospital. Her heart is functioning at 25%-35% of normal capacity. Due to her age, the doctors say the only safe course of action is blood thinners. Your prayers are appreciated.
Luke 24:5-8
"Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: 'The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.'" Then
@RunzWithWolves
Indeed, you will pay for your own sins eternally in the lake of burning fire if you reject Jesus' payment.
To me, that would be a foolish choice. Please reconsider.

Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Acts 1:8-9
You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.
MY UNDERSTANDING OF GOD AND JESUS
There is one eternal God who exists in three persons: The Father, The Word, and The Holy Spirit.

When they came to Jesus and found that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. Instead, one of the soldiers pierced Jesus' side with a spear, bringing a sudden flow of blood and water. The man who saw it has given testimony, and his testimony is true.

@theUnrecorded_
That's not what Jesus said.
Matthew 26:52-54

However, it doesn't mean that each of the religions you mentioned is true.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
WHO IS JESUS?
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. John 1:1,14
He was named Jesus and was literally the Son of God and the Son of Man.
Fifty-three years ago today I turned to God in repentance and placed my trust in the Lord Jesus. I do not deserve God's forgiveness but out of love he did so.
@MFyrestar
Hello Malachi, here is why I use the word "voluntarily".
John 10:17-18
"The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life — only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up
@emma28872571
It is completely your choice.
However, if the Holy Bible is true and you reject God's provision for your sin you are promised eternal punishment in the burning lake of fire.
Please reconsider.

Galatians 6:7-8
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

More context:
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was sinless but voluntarily gave his life to pay the penalty for your sins and mine. (God’s judgment for our sin is death). Three days later he rose from the dead.
As a result of Jesus’ death in your place, you have two choices:
Acts 2:36-38
"Let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" Peter replied, "Repent and be
@THermetica
You are free to make that choice. It is my desire that you understand that you have an option to turn to God in repentance and place your trust in the Lord Jesus. In this way you would be reconciled to the creator of heaven and earth and your sins would be forgiven. Take care.
Galatians 2:16
A man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.
@MeMysel41161908
It starts out wrong and doesn't get any better. God did not create mankind with original sin.

He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
@carlosroyo64
Imaginary?
The writers of the twenty-seven books compiled in the New Testament wrote as eyewitnesses of Jesus’ life or from firsthand information they obtained. Consider the following:
Luke 1:1-4
Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled
@MOHA0206
Hello, you are referencing three different books that claim to be from God. There are major discrepancies in their teaching so they cannot all be true.
They could all be false but they can't all be true.
The Holy Bible teaches that Jesus is the eternal God, creator of heaven

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age.

Galatians 1:11-12
I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached is not something that man made up. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.
@2Mojarra
Hi Dave, to start with you have 27 books that were compiled in the New Testament that were written primarily by Jews who were Jesus' apostles. They lived with him, saw his miracles, his death, and his resurrection. Most were eventually killed rather than deny what they knew to be
Matthew 28:18-20

@MrJibberJabber
Consider the following situation:
A convicted murderer was soon to be executed. The Governor sent the murderer a pardon but the murdered rejected it. The murderer's sentence was then carried out and he was put to death. Was the Governor's offer of a pardon a scam?
Acts 5:27-29

Matthew 10:32-33
"Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven."
DOES GOD SEND PEOPLE TO HELL?
God is perfect and will not allow sin in his presence. Therefore, none of us qualify for heaven, no matter how good a life we have lived because we have all broken the Ten Commandments, which include lying and stealing, to name just two.
When
Romans 8:38-39
I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our

Do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God.
@enyinnayaibeka
The stories may be similar but Jesus is a real person in human history who was crucified on a Roman cross. Almost all Christian and atheist historians accept this as fact. Don't ignore God's message in the Bible.
John 17:20-21
"My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you."
