Before and after the @TheSpineRace - safe to say that I agree with the tag “Britain’s most brutal” - 268 miles - burnt through over 38,00 calories and lost a stone in body weight. If anyone is looking for a January fitness kick next year I can thoroughly recommend it 😁

Some stats… #bm100 - last 4 finishes going clockwise have averaged 13:01 for the final loop. @JasminKParis needs 13:30 and @Ultra_Damo needs 13:44 - its on!!! Counter clockwise is slightly quicker.

So it looks like @JasminKParis went through The Tower somewhere around 3:35hr - 3:50hr to go vs an approx 4hr avg finish time from there. VERY VERY tight. The 4hr last year was dark though. #bm100
