The cities of Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish have provided

Students at Wilder Elementary said goodbye to Chad Lux, a popular custodian known as “Mr. Chad” to the children. On his last day, students read “Why is Mr. Chad Special?”, a compilation of notes students wrote bounded into books made by the school’s PTSA.

After a former Redmond HS teacher Vivienne Klingbeil passed away in Jan., her kids found a box filled with sealed envelopes. They were letters she had students in the '80s write to their future selves. Three decades letter, they've been delivered.
