Again I say, race played no part in releasing Dwayne Haskins. Performance and immaturity did. Remember the team has a minority head coach who’s career success came with a black QB (Cam Newton). The team also has the leagues only minority Sr. VP so that narrative can’t be pushed.

A game doesn’t come down to one play but damn that was text book pass interference. The referring in the NFL is at an all-time low. Too many new rules every year when the previous rules weren’t mastered in the first place. League needs to get back to the basics of officiating.

Don't go taking this too far, but #Redskins rookie Terry McLaurin to me is like a combination of both DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon. I mean he’s fast and plays fast (not DJAX fast). His body size to me is similar to Garcon and he’s physical. I expect big things from him.

For the record, if I were D-Coordinator, Reaves and Curl would be my safety tandem. I also would play bump and run coverage at corner (no 10-yard cushions) and not substitute players as often unless they were gassed (Settle and Ioannidis would be in my rotation though). 🤷🏾‍♂️

You have to be impressed by what Peters and Quinn are doing for the @Commanders . Not over spending for FAs and signing some who now might be reaching their best days. Also, signing leaders in Ekeler and Wagner. Trading Sam for a 3rd. They are doing great in my book #NFL

The Washington Football Team releasing Adrian Peterson has to be a move that was based on long term solutions they must feel is available on the current roster. AP was pure class since he arrived in DC and it was a pleasure to cover and get to know him.

Ok I’m going to say it! Next week start Haskins and don’t look back. Stop saying he’s not ready and another QB gives them the best chance to win because they are about to be 0-5. Give him the reps with the starters and let him compete and learn and see what you have. #Redskins

All I know, what I heard today from Eric Bieniemy sure sounded like a head coach. If that’s how he interviewed in the past, I’m even more dumbfounded as to why he isn’t a HC already with the success he’s had. It’s about to get real for the @Commanders O.

This is the #Redskins most suspenseful and important draft since 2012 and RG3. Selecting Chase Young would give the team a big boost with fans and potentially returns to FedEx Field which has been taken over by other teams supporters.

The #Redskins loss was bad on a lot of levels. The team might seriously be tone-deaf to seeing yet another home game being taken over by the visiting teams fans. Skins have no home field advantage whatsoever and it seems fans are truly fed up until changes are made.

No way to put it. The @Commanders look similar to how they have been over the past several years. They have no answers for Tampa on defense or offense. They’re not the physical, energized team most were expecting to see. #nfl
