I love how truly flat a structure we have. I saw many people suggest the donation matching independently of each other, and with no input from a main organiser, we just set to work. OIAA came online many hours later to find us already using the tools they've given us.

Another thing that struck me as well, is that he clearly has no regrets. He made his decisions, and he considers those decisions correct. He is someone I admire so. To go through life with this much integrity, loyalty and confidence, is beautiful to me. I want to emulate it!

Getting an accurate understanding of what the audience sounds like is SO hard. Capturing sound is so difficult. Even for me, when I was in the middle of it, I couldn't really hear WHAT the crowd was singing, just that we were LOUD. My phone couldn't capture it at all. +
