The Sacred Tree of Takeo Shrine 💚 This Camphor tree in Japan is over 3000 years old. It is 30m tall with a trunk circumference of 20m. Inside is a gaping cavity with an area of 12 tatami mats, which houses a stone shrine deep within 💚

@weirdterrifying Not good messing with the natural course of nature. This animal does not look natural he/she has an unnaturally long body and very short legs - will probably have health issues. Not meant to be pets but probably incapable of fending for itself .. very sad 😞

When a crow dies & is discovered by another, that crow calls an alarm drawing together a big, raucous mob to view corpse. After about 15 minutes the group disperses. Do they engage in funerals to learn about danger? Or are they grieving ? Both I believe 🖤 #FaustianFriday
