We have been learning all about Remembrance Day and why we celebrate this speacial day. The children in reception have been busy making beautiful Poppy's and wreaths for our outdoor area.

Year 2 had a fantastic day at Crosby Beach ποΈ Sun, sea, sand, sandwiches, buckets, spades, friends, ice cream π and just a little bit of rain! Thanks again to all our helpers, we couldnβt do it without you.
To mark Remembrance Day, we are asking our children to decorate a rock to share with our school community. Rocks should be placed on the sand hills next to the path, between 2.11.2020&10.11.2020. Put your childβs name and class on the bottom of the rock if you want to reclaim.
A big thank you to all our generous parents on helping to enhance our Early Years outdoor areas by donating plants, herbs, compost and seeds. The children have had a wonderful time helping to dig, plant and water the plants.
