4/4/23 To continue on previous tweet. It was brought to my attention in Oct. that I have high BP and have since been put on medication. Due to this condition and learning to manage I found that even missing one dose can alter my blood pressure and it significantly spiked today.

Today 10/27/23 All a change for the Freshmen next week. Freshmen will workout at Main Campus on T-W-F from 2:20-4:15. They can catch the activity bus over to football stadium and will transition to weight room at 3:15.
