How to effectively run over the defender. 🎒
- Eyes below the defenders to create leverage
- Near foot striking the ground first to create power
- Same shoulder making contact as you rise up
- Roll hips and run your feet through contact
Option Route!! 🚨 You’ll run this route at every camp, RB’s.
-Make sure you get your route to 5 yards . Recruiters aren’t impressed when you break off your route at 2 yards.
- Use your pressure cuts at the top of the route to create separation.
