Kudus was not better than Antony when both were at Ajax under Erik Ten Hag . Kudus was an injury prone central midfielder who barely got goals or assists under Ten hag . Kudus got better at Ajax after Ten Hag left playing CF and left wing and is better than Antony now. All true

Peaked at 135kg 7 months ago .Was at my most unhealthy status mainly ddue to circumstances beyond my control over a 5 year span . It’s had its consequences but I am now down to 120kg . Aiming at 100kg by the end of year . It’s taken a lot but I am moving in the right direction
