Hey I just want to say that this is reprehensible. The over 130 comrades who got arrested in NYC did not do so as performance art, we protect our people but it can have real consequences. A trans comrade was arrested in a CD and was in jail and treated horrifically overnight.

The attacks against AOC for visiting Columbia as 'opportunist' remain shocking. She waited to attend until she was invited by student leaders (and *not* just YDSA), who did so in part because they were concerned about attacks from the right.

There are expected to be *significant* cuts coming across the org and major non-YDSA cuts have happened. Debating todays cuts is one thing but to alledge that this was retaliation for 'the youth sections politics' is vile and uncomradely.

The need to support every rally is misguided. - Most orgs saw little lasting impact from 2020 - Rallies follow a boom-bust cycle - The gain is organizing people into the socialist movement long term. Rallies are *mobilization* We need strategy + focus, not old arguments
