One of my Drill Instructors, Sgt Barnes. Dude was like 5โ€™6โ€ and hard as fuck. One night, we were sucking wind after getting smoked in the pit. Rips off his blouseโ€ฆhe was the only survivor of his 81mm mortar team who double-fed an HE round. Huge scars all over his neck and torso.
