When I was 3 weeks old my Dad past away with the exact same scenario as Eriksen but it was back in 81. Watching that tonight utterly horrific for me and mainly my mum. Thankfully he’s been saved so hats off to all involved your true heroes. ❤️🙏🏻⚽️

This happened to my dad back in 81 on the pitch and never survived, this boy has done it twice and probably due to the medical teams and equipment at this day and age lives on thankfully. Unbelievable hits you hard though. Pray he fully recovers. ❤️

Our medical staff have confirmed that the Hatters captain suffered cardiac arrest on the pitch, but was responsive by the time he was taken off on the stretcher. He received further treatment inside the stadium, for which we once again thank the medical teams from both sides.
