If anyone comes across the Barkley Marathon while scrolling through Netflix... Watch it. It's weird but really fascinating that this race grew from two guys who loved running in the woods. Entry fee is $1.60, a Reg plate from your country, and a shirt.

Progress in running isn't just measured by running further or faster. It can be measured by feeling better...this can be at many different effort levels. You don't have to hit the 'hard' session to observe gains.

I think a shift from influencers to athletes who want to work with certain brands because they actually use the product or whatever it is and they see the benefit. Not that they're getting paid to promote. IMO be a person who cares about the brand whether they pay - be truthful

3 takeaways from #IAAFDoha2019 1) Doha was a mistake. Not good for athletes or growing the sport. 2) Fans growing even more frustrated with doping. But this sport leads others in catching & punishing cheats. 3) Athlete performance & level of competition in this sport is amazing!
