14 years ago this weekend my life fell to bits.Mam dies 11 months after me arl man. I was 22.Lost my home and big bro to the gear..Its just a date now.I remember not dwell anymore.I'm winning,I got dealt a bad hand not a life sentence..Keep going,You will win 👊❤ life is boss👌

3 yrs ago at this time of year I was on me arse15 miles from my kids in a mates spare room,depressed,suicidal,in denial about grief & priorities all over the place! Seek help it gets better.Never been happier.....ever.My councillor changed my life.Magicians them lot! 👌👊👍

Covid 19 positive. Believe me this is real!.Bed ridden with flu at crimbo 2019 and this is different imo.Feel like my 5 year old or another dead weight sitting on my chest permanently,extreme fatigue too.I was careful,you lot be more careful ffs! 👍👍
