@andjustice4some
The fire has not burnt down Neverland Ranch at this time. The fire is a bit north of the ranch and is now spreading away from the ranch as well.
@andjustice4some
Please note that the fire can still affect the ranch at any given moment due to its proximity and the possibility for a wind shift. Take this with a grain of salt before we all start feeling relief.

@VeloKristina
Update: Neverland is now included in the evacuation ORDER, meaning Neverland may be threatened. Division Z will most likely do as much as they can to stop this though so don't lose all hope but don't get hopes up.
@KINGMJ7777777
@KernFiregraph
they have bulldozed around neverland ranch and i was up by the roadblock last night neverland ranch will be fine but please keep the fireman who are enduring the heat from flames and the sun in your thoughts and prayers
Current view of the
#ThompsonFire
. This thing is absolutely RIPPING right now.. Feel bad for Oroville residents 'cause I know they are probably very scared. I would be too!
YOOOO!!! 600!!! Thank you all so much for this! I try to report on everything I can and everytime I hit a new milestone it tells me to keep going, to keep informing everyone on what's going on, to make sure everyone is safe. Thank you!
#LakeFire
The fire slowed down majorly today, and it is a good sign the fire only increased by about 1,100 acres today. Command has transitioned to Complex Incident Management Team 13, and hopefully we'll have a detailed update by morning.

What we are currently getting is fire conditions we don't usually see until about July or August. It's June.
Bodfish and Lake Isabella communities....evacuate. You are in danger. Bodfish is in an evacuation order already but I suggest if you are in Lake Isabella to also evacuate, even though you are in a warning.
As expected, the
#BorelFire
is making a downhill run into the valley where Joe Walker Town is located. The fire was last mapped at 38,446 acres. It is likely over 40,000 at this time. When it reaches the valley it might slow down, or the light fuel could carry it and rip it thru.
The
#earthquake
has started a
#HazmatResponse
in around the same area the earthquake started. Pretty heavy response, unsure of the exact nature of the hazmat.
#FrenchFire
790 acres, pretty terrifying image here. Fire is right up against a hospital, high school, and tons of homes in the city of Mariposa. Not good...
#PostFire
Looks like they have it pretty much hooked at 14,625 acres. Last night gave them the chance to slow that down and we're now at 8% containment.
THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! It's only been about a month since I started reporting on fires and I've now reached 1,000 followers. I've never thought of getting 1k followers on anything, ever. I just like people to know what's going on and keep people safe. Ty guys π
#BorelFire
The fire is 49,274 acres per NIFC, which officially makes the fire the largest recorded fire in modern Kern County history, topping the Erskine Fire, which was 47,864.
#LakeFire
this is the 6th fire to reach over 10,000 acres so far in 2024, and it's not even mid July yet.
Going to be quite a show in August. (Image from last night around 10:50 PM)
#BurbankFire
Lotta smoke here. Copters making drops and the fire is approx 5 acres per LAFD and all lanes on Woodley Avenue are closed between Burbank Blvd and Victory Blvd.
Would like to point out for the
#BorelFire
in the direction it's going there really is nothing to stop it. It's way too active for the tiny roads over there to stop the fire, so they gotta be crafting some major lines up ahead..
This is the best situation update on the
#LakeFire
we've had so far, thanks
@Hotshot_Movie
. You can't know more than a guy who's filmed countless fires over the years π
UPDATE: The waning
#LakeFire
is currently getting smothered by improving weather conditions. Marine layer will be suppressing fire activity at lower elevations. Nighttime drying will be an issue at higher elevations (away from civilization). Weather is not a primary concern, but
#CrozierFire
We've been predicting this was going to go big since the start. 75 acres with multiple established spot fires and crews are working on access to the south side.
Well this wasnt one of the outcomes from the post fire that i expected. thank you guys πFOR 200 FOLLOWERS!!! i started reporting on this account not even a week ago and thats 95 followers in 2 days!!!
More evacuation orders are being issued from the
#PostFire
by LASD.
This one is a GO NOW! evacuation order for the following: Area south of Pyramid Lake, west of the I-5, east of the County line, north of Templin Hwy, including Oak Flats Campground should LEAVE NOW!
I will be less active now, I have done what I need to do. Will likely only be posting the big wildfire updates and everytime the Post is mapped. Will be here if a fire starts in Kern though.
@mjcultureofc
The fire has already reached the border of Neverland, as stated before. Now it's all up to hope that the firefighters and precautions taken beforehand such as brush reduction, etc are enough to stop it
How did I miss this?? Looks like a major fire in Tahoe National Forest today known as the
#RoyalFire
. Fire last reported 5-10 acres w/ rapid ROS with potential for 500 acres.
@andjustice4some
Fire is getting closer to the ranch from spot fires and hotspots I believe. The fire itself is spreading in the direction of the blue circle.
The Neverland Ranch is protected, and always remember fire is unpredictable.
