Almost got killed in a car accident on the highway in the UK. Thankfully nobody was injured. A massive truck almost got our tiny car trapped underneath it. We swerved & got struck by a large van. Our driver named @pmdubs (Paul Walker) saved our lives. Every day is a gift. 🙏

Turned 42 today. I made my 3 1/2 month old daughter cackle a few times. Wife got me a great gift. It was 84, blue sky & sunny. I was introduced to a thing called a “pie shake” and I had one. Yeah, you choose a pie and an ice cream flavor and you blend it. Life is grand.

Why do people act surprised when a reckless fighter gets KO’ed? Big gloves, little gloves. It matters not. If you are straight in front of your opponent in the pocket trading shots, guess what? You are in the line of fire and will eventually get hit...badly.

MMA corners are funny. They’ll yell at you to do an armlock while you’re trying to armlock an oppt. They’ll tell you to punch your oppt while you’re trying to punch them & tell you take them down while you’re working a takedown. No specific instruction, just nervous yelling.

The key to making Ferguson vs Khabib finally happen is to have them train to fight each other, not announce it and have them sign contract on their way into the octagon on unannounced fight card. *Note* - Fighters must climb octagon stairs first before signing.
