My husband got in a bad wreck today. Everyone is okay, but I post this as a reminder to 👏🏼 pay 👏🏼 attention 👏🏼 when you’re driving.
The other driver had his head down & blew through a stop sign where he T-boned Jordan on the highway
Cell or other distractions, just don’t do it
Giving the baby a bath & he starts crying. Dogs immediately run into the bathroom and to check on him. They both followed me into his room to change him, then to the living room and sat guarding him until he fell asleep in my arms.
We don’t deserve dogs 🥹
In a little early this morning to cover the winter storm.
We have all hands on deck today & tomorrow to bring you what you need to know from 4AM - 9AM then again at 11AM on

My Grandma Lee is smiling in heaven. She always said “if I’m not around, you better cheer for Phil.” 🤣
Tonight, I’ll have a good ol’ Grain Belt Nordeast out of a juice glass for her and Phil 🤍👏🏼
Yep, that’s a bandaid on my face. I had six (!) moles removed yesterday; a few changed & a couple appeared when I was pregnant that needed to be taken off.
This is your reminder to get in and get your skin checked (even if you have to wear a bandaid on your face on TV).
This is Officer Paul Elmstrand, his wife Cindy & their 2YO daughter (they also have a 5 MO boy).
I went to college with both. I’m gutted for Cindy & the entire Elmstrand-Castruita family.
Keep them in your prayers as they try to raise two kids without their father.

I was just told by the lab tech that I was the fastest she’d ever seen someone chug “that nasty stuff” at my gestational diabetes test. I’d like to thank Super Troopers for helping me accomplish this feat.

For the record, it was disgusting.
Marney is a badass. You can see it when you watch her, you feel it when you meet her, and sharing her personal breast cancer diagnosis in hopes that more women get exams is just further proof of it.
And she's totally kicking cancer's 🍑
I took this photo on Feb 20, the day of my annual mammogram, thinking it would be a cute idea to promote breast health. But the lighting was bad so I deleted it.
Then 2 mammograms and 1 biopsy later, I received a diagnosis: breast cancer.

My husband has been sick so I’ve been doing all the cooking and can I just say that I’m a terrible cook.
I can also very confidently say that as a 32-year-old woman with plenty of other passions & talents that I will never enjoy cooking and I will always be bad at it. The end.
Had the BEST family birthday dinner at Rosalia last night. Big fans of the margarita ‘za if you’re wondering 🍕
Also big fan of Mama’s almond cake 🎂….
Thank you all for the birthday wishes this week. I felt all the love!
I FELL DOWN THE STAIRS TONIGHT BECAUSE I (SUBCONSCIOUSLY) DIDN’T WANT TO DROP MY DINNER SALAD.
I AM BUMPED AND BRUISED AND IN SO MUCH PAIN BECAUSE OF A SALAD.
A SALAD.
THIS IS WHY I SHOULD EAT MORE PASTA. THE END.
Y’all I made an appointment at the DMV today in hopes things will go faster than the usual 1-2 hour wait time.
I shall report back. I wish myself Godspeed and good luck.
I'm back!! Thank you for all of your kind words, I really appreciate it.
Knee is feeling good - still healing, but I'm happy to be back watching the roads on

beautiful Orpheum Theater while the show is in town if you’re able.
Also, apologies if I stumble bumble my way through the morning traffic reports…I’m tired. 😂
I got so excited to be at a
@tacojohns
that I ordered a 6 pack and a pound and a chicken quesadilla.
I ate one taco, half the quesadilla, and a quarter of the potato oles. I’ll be eating this for a week.
Props to
@CodyMatzFox9
for finishing his last weather hit at 5:52AM and getting back on the air for a live shot at the Xcel Energy Center by 6:30.
That's driving from Eden Prairie to St Paul, parking, going through security, changing, & likely running to the hit location. Whew!
INCREDIBLE MARATHON MOMENT. Alex Roca is a marathoner who has cerebral palsy. He writes: "I MADE HISTORY! 1st person in the WORLD with a 76% disability who has managed to finish a MARATHON: 42, 195 km. This has been possible thanks to ALL my team."
