Signed the contract na to my new condo! Hahaha. Got it through negotiated sale in PagIbig, original price of the PH unit is 8m and I got it for 4m! Super lucky coz it has never been used by the previous owner and it is unoccupied!! Cant wait to move in!

Sa mga barristers, di need sa bar exams ang mahabang sagot ha. May sagot ako sa bar, 1 sentence lang because the question asked is if the employer may deduct undertime from OT. My answer is "no, the labor code specifically disallows offseting of undertime with OT." 😄
