I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I’ve seen a legit 23mph pop up on GPS & @_CeeDeeThree is one of those very few. The difference in a 4.51 & 4.39 is .12, go to stop watch on your phone & see how many tries it takes to get a .12 or below.

U can work deceleration & COD all day everyday but if the perception that triggers when to do what isnt spot on, all for nothing. Understanding the options that present themselves to ball carriers & tacklers the game becomes rather predictable & not as reactive as we would think.

How do u know how high u jumped if u dont measure it? How do u know how fast u ran if u don’t measure it? How do u judge intent of anything if u dont measure it? In sports w/ grey area we must find ways to measure it black & white. How do u know if u moved the needle if u don’t?

36 years old & every night still this paranoid about being late. When it comes to being on time, Zero Games Played & these alarms will be double checked 2-3 times making sure they are set to AM & not PM. Relying on Siri or a reoccurring alarm is a dangerous game my friend
