@contxtsonic it's not even the people who ripped it, im assuming they probably just went to the spriter's resource and slapped it in without thought, it might also explain why the background waterfall isn't animated either since the tsr version is also a still image

SA2 Shadow was one of a kind. Responsible for the most iconic scenes in the series. Great character arc, perfect ending. They told a complete story. Then they brought him back. I love Shadow even now. I’m so happy he’s here. But it’s just never quite been the same.

its insane how sonic fans dont get this, its literally the plot of sonic unleashed, and it doesnt matter, HIS THEME SONG, in literally the first verse mentions sonic's heart of gold and he wont give in if you dont like that or think its boring then you just dont like sonic

why are sonic fans obsessed with sonic being corrupted and turning evil to overcome it?? like that just does not make sense for sonic the whole point of those types of stories is it is a manifestation of some inner turmoil the character must overcome: sonic doesnt have that
