Are you VEGETARIAN and eating PANEER like Anything? Paneer has 300 to 350 kcals per 100 gram. It's a saturated fat source. Even if you are eyeing protein but eating so much paneer can cause weight gain and disrupted lipid profile. Hope it helps.

The physique Boby and Ranbir is carrying in The Animal is what i called sustainably fit. Body fat around 12 to 13 percent, which can be managed very easily at good number of calories. I liked that they have not tried to show abs and low body fat percentage.
