I wish I could tell you how much this boy means to me, how much he has done to insure that justice is served. Mattis just got his 38th conviction and more remarkable the 21st sentence which included prison time!

Not often does this happen. Tonight he was in his crate laying (door is always open) and he started whining. I said, “Bud, you know the door is open. What do you need?” He climbs up and lays his head down. Slept for about an hour. Love Little Moments Like That! #Dogs #K9Partner

Our evening was spent with a 7 year old victim of unspeakable crime. Mattis became a fast friend and gave this child courage, strength and a voice. Mattis will accompany this child on the stand to testify in a few weeks. #hope #justice #courage

When Mattis was about 10 weeks old @K9Kit ’s wife made him this rope. 3 years later it is the ONLY thing that has survived longer than a week! He carries it around, plays with it and sleeps with it. Sweetest thing ever.
