We've had two companies pull out of pre-arranged interviews recently after seeing our reporting or having an idea of our questions. Another few very aggressive emails around essentially 'not following our line'. It is getting a bit silly I'm afraid.

It is staggeringly unprofessional to blacklist journalists following a negative story. We are here to be impartial. All firms will be treated fairly, and if something is newsworthy, we’ll write it, regardless of which firm it concerns. PRs should know better than this.
