We have been informed that the judgment in JR on the Ruling on Scope (Perps) of the Coroner to the Birmingham Inquest (1974) will be handed down in Birmingham (Civil Justice Centre) by Hon Mrs Justice Carr on Friday 26th January 2018 at 12.00. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
