TLDR: You can get any data without waiting on the team ( @WeAreTellor ), it's crypto-economically secured now, anyone can become a reporter as long as they put up a bond/stake (staking has been live at Tellor since August 2019). Reporters provide data as fast as you tip.

1)Stocks are owned by someone and that person is registered with a central agency (DTCC). All trading is done only on registered exchanges only. The only thing DEFI can do is allow you to bet on the price....
