As someone with autism and mental illness, I do get panic attacks/meltdowns, but when that happens I try to find a quiet place where I can sit by myself until I've calmed down. I get not everyone's the same, but there are steps you can take to not let it go out on others

@adamfare1996 I have paranoid schizophrenia and though I still experience hallucinations and psychosis, meds have made a huge improvement in making it less intense and how I react. I probably would've been dead by now if it wasn't for my anti-psychotic and anti-depressants meds.
