Over the last 6 months, I was lucky enough to coach

Gianluca Scamacca
6ft 5 Striker — 23 years of age.
Outstanding athlete & world class shooting technique.
Hard not to get Zlatan vibes from him but honestly, one of the top teams will get a hold of him & I can see him taking his game to another level
First look of Luca Scamacca in England & it’s safe to say he won’t have any issues with the physicality.
He was DUNKING from every goal kick.
Can’t wait for everyone to see how technically superior he is.
Roméo Lavia and Moisés Caicedo – two fast twitch, bouncy, plyometric freaks hell bent on sustaining attacks through demonic counter pressing.
Just look at them flying into duel after duel.
Oh, and they both play line breaking passes (see Lavia, TWICE here)
I want to be happy for Nkunku, but the thought of Sterling driving back to North West London with a smile on his face playing Popcaan in his car because he got an assist will haunt me for the rest of the year..
This is incredible from Isak.
Everything about his run up — hips, shoulders — suggest that he’s going right.
Insanely deceptive. What’s even more impressive is that with that run up, he’s able to wrap it so sad in the corner. 👏🏽
There is a direct correlation between Hazard's departure from the club and our shocking home form in games against the T6.
We all know its been dire but when you put the results side by side - my word - the fall from grace is ridiculous.
ONE GAME.
That’s all it took for these pathetic match-going brats — “guise of proper Chels” — to boo and berate their “Chels”.
Enzo Maresca already visibly upset by this “support”. You can also tell that he’s holding himself back.
Good luck with this lot. Honestly..🫠
Every time I go to Stamford Bridge, I hate going there more & more.
Why? Because the fans are insufferable, moany, sulky brats.
They berate our own players week in week out for trying to play a possession based, deep build up game of football.
Robert Sanchez got more stick

Roméo Lavia — the one I’m most excited for.
Worked under Russell Martin over the summer and he’s been given all of the responsibility in build up.
19 years of age and he has so much personality on the ball.
Get João Félix the ball in these situations 10 times per game and you’ll see our attack blossom (against low blocks).
Arguably our best pocket player and instead.. Enzo Fernández is shoehorned into this role.
Robert Sanchez did something brilliant in the 20th minute of the game. Stood on the ball in build up to bait a press and when it didn’t come – he signalled towards Gallagher to make a decoy run.
Enzo steps into the space and Sanchez found him breaking 2 lines of pressure.
That cameo we saw last night affirmed something for me — Mykhailo Mudryk is a MESS.
When I think of Mudryk’s game (outside of 40 yard sprints into space), it’s this.
Loose touches, inability to ride challenges, zero cuteness, BAD in tight spaces
It’s crazy how Mount is on the same tight rope as Havertz when he produced THIS level of quality over 2 years. Whereas 29 hasn’t got 10 good performances for the club.
vs. Man Utd (2016/17)
Lots of talk about Stamford Bridge losing its aura recently. Sky Sports’ promos for games at the Bright were always centred on Eden.
It was never the “aura of Stamford Bridge”. It was the AURA of Eden Hazard.
#HazardThread
João Félix is worth the £80m.
He has something that only 5-10 players in the world have.
The ability to:
— Escape from pressure regardless of the situation
— Find solutions in the tightest of spaces
— Show for, and take the ball at all times
Nothing against Potter but I just want everyone to recall the impact that Tuchel had ON the pitch inside 24hrs whilst playing the same guys this fanbase loathe.
What a wonderful footballing mind.
@ThatSpiceJoe
That he’s the fastest player itl.. Botman would d1e trying to keep up with him.
Take a touch forward & he’s eyeball to eyeball with the keeper
😣“Ouu, that noise you get in a ground when you think — we’re playing a half decent team..”
we had Anfield really, really worried & Gary Neville felt it.
despite all the praise that Frank Lampard got in his career, I still think his sense for the big occasion isn’t talked about.
Especially in the UEFA Champions League — every year throughout his career.

Pedro Neto had a "poor" game according to many people but WHY did he struggle?
Here's an analysis into the issues caused by having a L10/L8 (Enzo Fernández) that is incapable of supporting his winger in tight spaces.
Match 001 of Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea:
Look at how orchestrated the movements of every single player is.
Coaching.
(Please do your best to NOT over-fixate on the fact that’s it’s Perth Glory).
Chelsea’s biggest issue = failure to occupy the last line of opponent/occupy all 5 lanes on the pitch.
How many of the clips in that Mudryk highlight reel were there more than 2 players in the box or on the last line?
It’s really, really bad.
Not only do Chelsea not have a

Mudryk is so focussed on avoiding the usage of his left foot that he rushes/gets poor contact on the ball.

vs. Hungary (EURO 2016 RO16)
One of those performances that make you fall in love with the game. Here is the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 comp in all its glory.
Just, enjoy.

He’s forcing this LW gimmick, he has a very similar skill set to Neto.. he’d make a devastating traditional winger.
Funniest thing is, he has a really good weak foot as well.
Just puts into perspective how good we were under Tuchel early on.
It’s taken Pep the better part of decade to build up to this level of performance on this stage. Tuchel was able to produce it within months.
That’s how good he was when he could just come to work & coach.
Toni Kroos vs Scotland (1st half)
This is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 a "CM". This is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 a "playmaker"
This is a MF who is scared and wants easy possession at LCB
Only Adams is pressing the German defenders.. why can't he just let Tah or Rüdiger play these passes?
"Magician🧙♂️, 100/100 passes"
Scraping the scoring system at this point (he’s got 20+)
Ratio: 1 BTL reception for every 10-12 LCB receptions.
ONLY CHE ADAMS IS PRESSING THE BACK LINE!!! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT A BACK 3?????? SO SCOTLAND CAN PRESS A LINE A 3??????
All I can guarantee under De Zerbi is that.. for 60 game next season, we will pop our opposition off the park.
And you know what, that’s enough for me.
Oh and don’t get me started on the utter bullshit that I witnessed after Gallagher got sent off..
“Propah Chels” clapping off a moron for getting sent off unnecessarily. Why? Because he gets stuck in. He’s not a “tippy tappy” player. He’s “one of our own”.
Just let that sink
I miss when we had ACTUAL problems at the club.
Now, all we’re getting is “Badiashille tricked us”, “Felix is terrible”, “Mudryk has no brain” etc etc.. for no reason whatsoever.
None of our players played terribly today. None. They all executed the managers instructions.

Joga do Ângelo Gabriel ™️
Less than 90 minutes played over the two games and his star quality has Madueke, Gusto and Nkunku on the bench laughing out of pure excitement.
the life of Marcos Alonso.
laboured, indecisive, constantly putting his teammates under pressure.
this might not seem like much — but things like this are the reason why our attack is infinitely worse when he’s involved.
First time Jorginho put on a Chelsea kit— I immediately noticed what we were always lacking
I’ve never seen someone communicate so effectively with the players around him. He calls the shots. Pass here, pass there, move forward etc
& when he gets it🤌🏽
Saka holding Bassey’s arm and dragging him down.
I’ve seen that before.
He did it at Stamford Bridge and the refs awarded Arsenal a penalty.
Nasty little player.
No, no, no.. that’s exactly what he doesn’t need!
He’s 16, his body will strengthen naturally.
Making him bulk in the name of “adapting to the league” is a massive mistake.
Kendry Páez will leave from his visit to Chelsea with a regime to help build his physicality and improve his game.

want him ready for an easy transition when he officially joins the club.
The worst thing about the response of the fans at the ground is that Pochettino did something we’d never ever seen before & it was incredibly creative.
We manufactured transitions from build up because Brighton struggle on defensive transitions — partly because De Zerbi’s press

The inauguration of the Wanda in the UCL & put on a clinic. The best player itw at playing around the corner.

The Chelsea x De Zerbi discourse is one of the more baffling ones that I’ve seen on this platform.
Chelsea fans: De Zerbi is a spikey haired bum 🤢
Also Chelsea fans: Cesc and Thiago Silva are future Chelsea manager quality 😍
THEY ARE LITERALLY COPYING RDZ WORD FOR WORD
This is not normal… even our players are studying De Zerbi — that’s how much he’s respected.
But this app (Chelsea fanbase specifically) will make you think he’s bang average at best.
Whoever let off that yellow flare at kick off — you are a genius.
Stamford Bridge under a cloud of yellow smoke gave a dystopian feel to the early parts of the game.
Special night.
vs. Arsenal (2014/15)
POTY campaign. Robbed of an all time goal off the dribble. He was at his peak athletically in this season in my opinion.
#HazardThread
we all know Werner is a tragic player so most people are slutting for Havertz instead of Lukaku.
this is Havertz’s CV when he gets chances in and around the box👍🏽
I’m taking Lakaka distasterclasses over this
5th min & J5 is urging Reece to play into Kai early.. then he shows for AC and doesn’t get the pass and he goes crazy lmao
a few passes later — similar move. Reece connects w Jorgi & we’re in behind.
Sterling ignores teammates when he’s 1v1
Jackson ignores teammates when he’s 1v1
Palmer ignores teammates when he’s 1v1
Mudryk has done it a few times
Madueke shoots whenever he has half a yard
POV: a Chelsea attacker thinking about NOT squaring a 1v1
vs. Wigan (2012/13)
Debut in English football. We should’ve known that he was going to dominate the league after this. Pretty sure he won MOTM in all of his first 5 PL matches. At 21😮💨.

Chelsea were not linked to any other 6’s in January. We had our eyes on one man and one man only.
Enzo Fernández — he was meant to solve midfield issues not uncover more issues.
But why did he struggle so much last night? [MINI THREAD]
🚨🔵 Pochettino: “I’m a little bit worried about Christopher Nkunku. We don’t know what’s gonna happen”.
“Of course I am worried because, still now, it’s ten days he cannot train. We are assessing him”.
@ArminCFC_
How you’re putting Mount & Havertz on the same level is actually pathetic & shows a lot about your level of understanding of the game. Mount has been our best player over the last 3 years & you have the cheek to put him the same category as a guy who has had 5 good games for us.
Enzo is allergic to staying between the lines.
In a 3-2 build up — He’s standing next to Disasi because he wants comfortable possession with the entire game in front of him.
Ironically, he’s the “coward, coward, coward”
When Enzo is playing as a single 6 his central occupation is poor.
Any midfielder in Europe can drop in as a 3rd CB and play across the back. Enzo repeatedly shies away from entering Australia’s “pentagon”.
[See annotated screenshots]
Stats:
21/22: 13 in 34 (9.60 xG) — Sassuolo (so far)
20/21: 13 in 29 (7.86 xG) — Genoa
Solid return in his first two seasons playing in 1st team football. Outscoring his xG because he scores soo many bangers. He also played for 2 mid table sides.
Italian Gem.
@YJhaumal46544
I know EXACTLY what was running through his mind..
“It’s 1-0, they have 10 men, yes Mudryk/Palmer are on, but we’ll get more chances.. so let me try and get my first goal for the club.”
Doesn’t even apologise for taking the shot.
Just angry that he didn’t open his account.
