So what does 4.5 m of glacier thinning look like (about 3.8 m w.e. of mass loss) for Conrad Glacier over the last year? Neither nouns like 'nuts' nor 'bananas' even comes close to describe the degree of mass loss we've seen. Bloody horrible might be a better descriptor to use.
