@dim0kq The easiest (and free) way to get Ukrainians to improve their English is to stop dubbing and voice overing movies. I'm here in Kyiv and can't even find Avatar 2 in English as all of the movies are dubbed. Countries like Holland and Norway don't dub and speak great English.

He has zero qualifications to be giving advice about war, a county's defense strategy or their sovereignty. Secondly, why does Elon care so much about this issue?
