Today marks 21 years since the third and final bomb, over a 3 weekend period, was set off in the #AdmiralDuncan pub in Soho, an LGBTQ+ venue. This incident killed 3 people & injured 79. #WeRemember

I recently picked up the courage to go the doctors. He diagnosed me with depression & has prescribed medication. I’ve been in & out of these emotions for years, always putting off going to my GP. So, I’m now taking time to navigate it all. #MentalHealthAwareness
