If you’re training big & you want to get big, you have eat big too. And that doesn’t mean overeating at dinner every night. It’s at least 4-5 balanced meals a day - protein, carbs, and fat. Don’t forget those veggies either. Athlete life continues outside the weight room too.

8 hour cook + 2 hour rest = 10 hours of love First brisket on the smoker. Always room for improvement but it was good! Socially distant and being productive. Stay home, be safe, and your workouts in everyone!

Never let anyone tell you that you can’t do something because of your size. Our program was built off of undersized guys who worked their tails off. Many of those guys played college football. Go hard in the weight room. Bust your butt in practice. Make the grade. Be coachable.
