Super gonorrhea is not more contagious or different symptomatically from other types of gonorrhea.The only difference is super gonorrhea symptoms won’t resolve after the typical course of treatment. Most women are asymptomatic&even when symptoms occur they are mild&non specific.

HPV vaccine has potential to cut the burden of the cancer by 70%. In kenya,the vaccine is provided at no cost in public hospitals to girls who are 10yrs old.Uptake has been low with only 33% of targeted population receiving the first dose in 2020 & 16% returning for the 2nd dose.

Yes there is the HPV test. Visual inspection of the cervix has reemerged as a screening tool for low resource settings,despite its limited specificity. Pap smear shouldn’t hurt but may feel uncomfortable when the speculum is inserted. You could experience light bleeding afterward
