The NHS gets a kicking at times. But the 2 paramedics that came out to me last night were brilliant. (Both Liverpool fans, obviously a help!) BP was sky high 189/114 and I was a bit worried. But after an MOT and some reassuring words, I’m heading to work very thankful for them

Celebrating this legend finishing her treatment. She battled it with such positivity. My girlfriend from 17-21, my friend for life. And my godson. I couldn’t be prouder of the young man he is. His Dad bailed at 8. I got him home at 12.40.
